In the majority of cases our after hours electrician is able to locate & repair faults within 30 minutes or at least achieve a temporary repair to be completed at a later date during normal working hours, subject to the findings of our electrical fault finding expert.
In the small number of cases whereby we are unable to complete a repair or a temporary repair, we will agree a price or an hourly rate for any additional work required urgently once we have obtained more information regarding the cause of your specific electrical problem.
Please be aware that the purpose of the emergency electrical service is to restore reasonable electrical supply or make safe in the shortest possible time.
Any additional (non-urgent) work required will be quoted for and completed during normal working hours.
