We have used this company on a couple of occasions and would definitely recommend Robert and 1st Electricians. Their customer service is excellent and they provide an honest service, you know where you stand with the work being completed and how much it is going to cost. On one occasion we were complete without power late at night and after a call to 1st electricians Robert attended within a couple of hours and the problem was resolved within 30 minutes. Rob Stone is an electrical superhero.

He arrived at 12.30 am in the pouring rain and is the most professional tradesman we have met in a long time.

The issue was sorted in half an hour and he will be returning to do some installation work for us.

I had no hesitation in contacting Rob who due to the circumstances immediately agreed to attend in spite of already being committed. However, power was restored before he arrived but why it went off was a mystery. I really appreciated the fact that Rob was prepared to give this incident his immediate attention, which, in my view demonstrated first-class customer service.

As 'mature' clientele, we were very confident with the standard of work and professionalism demonstrated by ALL staff. They were polite, considerate and nothing was too much trouble. We contacted them near Christmas and received excellent attention and support. We would not hesitate to recommend them and we would definitely use them again.

I had a problem with my cooker fusing, causing the power to go off. Rob called round - worked out the issue in about 10 minutes and fixed it. It wasn't straightforward, the box is old so it took a bit of messing around, but he kept at it until it was working. Great job, not overpriced, and knows what he is doing!
